Delectable, nourishing, and quick eats for new parents.
Half a pound of artisan cheese
The Downeast cheddar from Pineland Farms is everything we love in a New England style cheddar. It’s a great snacking cheese, with a creamy texture and hearty, savory flavors.
Zingerman’s Potato Chips
Zingerman’s potato chips are made by Great Lakes Potato Chip Company in Traverse City and flavored with our custom spice blends. Superior spices paired with small batch potato chips are really, really good.
Effie’s Oatcakes
Effie’s makes great crackers. Well, they’re sort of in between a cookie and a cracker: a touch sweet, a hint salty, with a crispy, oat-y texture that crumbles in your mouth. They’re equally great as a quick nibble alone or served with cheese.
Tuscan Heirloom Tomato Soup
This soup is made with a base of roasted heirloom tomatoes from a few small Michigan farms. They get cooked down with roasted onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and just a touch of basil to bring it all together. It can be sipped straight from the jar like a gazpacho, or heated up for a quick, cozy meal.
Red Jacket Applesauce
For Red Jacket Orchards applesauce, they use a mix of tart and sweet apples from New York. That’s it. There are no preservatives and no added sugar. Just apples. And it tastes darn good! Perfect for eating straight from the jar or serving alongside more savory options, like potato latkes or pork chops.
Poppy Popcorn
The Poppy team makes handcrafted popcorn in Asheville, North Carolina. The caramel & white cheddar popcorn is the perfect mix of sweet and savory – salted caramel coats the popcorn like a second skin and the white cheddar popcorn has a rich cheddar flavor.
Zingerman’s Chocolate Marshmallows
Our handmade marshmallows have a surprisingly huge flavor and a rich, luscious texture that’s different from anything you’ve probably tried. The chocolate is made with Scharffen Berger cocoa and a smattering of semi-sweet chocolate chunks for a bit of added texture and chocolatey oomph. Don’t let these hang out in the back of your cupboard for months on end. They’re best eaten within a week or so of when you receive them. Or, for longer storage, they freeze beautifully for up to a few months.
Lemon Ginger Shortbread Cookies
These bite size sables from France are a delicious treat. Buttery and crisp, brightened with the light flavors of lemon and ginger.
Zingerman’s Bib
Not edible, but very cute!
